To create, live and practice healing, we must honor the truth. I bow to the Indigenous peoples of Cincinnati and the Ohio Valley, the Shawnee and Miami Nations, whose land was conquered, colonized, exploited and their rights and sovereignty stripped.
Offering gentle energetic and aromatic healing, I lovingly guide those seeking clarity, peace, and a deeper connection with themselves. Together, we create space for healing, expansion, and self-discovery to naturally unfold.
The gifts of this work are far-reaching. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, experiencing profound loss, moving through divorce, supporting yourself or a loved one at the end of life—including our beloved animal companions—healing from cancer or an accident, embracing birth or menopause, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself, I am here to walk beside you with compassion, presence, and wholehearted care.
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been beneath the fear, the grief, the uncertainty, and the noise. My intention is to hold a safe, nurturing space where your body can soften, your mind can quiet, and your spirit can return to its natural state of peace.
In doing the work, all the layers will reveal the unexpected, the love and the fear. We can go slow or swift as we are guided into restoration of your true nature, your true self.

Welcome. I'm Jen Darling.
I believe healing happens when we remember who we are beneath the noise of everyday life.
My path has never been about fixing people. It has always been about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, reconnect, and awaken the wisdom that has always lived within them.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, Yin Yoga teacher, Licensed Spiritual Healer, and Essential Oil Educator, I blend ancient healing practices with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for everyday life. Whether you join me for a private Reiki session, a Yin Yoga class, or a Reiki training, my intention is always the same: to help you return home to yourself.
Astrology has offered me another lens through which I understand my purpose. My Sagittarius Sun inspires me to teach, explore, and encourage others to see new possibilities. My Cancer Moon reminds me to nurture, protect, and create spaces where people feel deeply seen, heard, and supported. My Aries Rising gives me the courage to share this work with an open heart and to lead others toward healing with authenticity and enthusiasm.
Anandamaya Healing the Whole was born from one simple vision: to spread peace, one person at a time.
I believe our souls came here to experience life in all its beauty and complexity. The challenges we face are not signs that we are broken—they are invitations to grow, to heal, and to remember our wholeness.
This work is more than a career. It is my dharma—my life's calling.
Every person who walks through my door becomes part of a shared journey. While I may guide the experience, healing is never one-sided. I learn from every client, every student, and every conversation. Together, we create space for transformation, clarity, resilience, and joy.
My hope is that when you leave a session, a class, or a training, you don't simply feel better—you feel more like yourself. More peaceful. More connected. More whole.
Thank you for being here. It is an honor to walk beside you on your healing journey.
With gratitude,
Jen Darling
Anandamaya Healing the Whole
People often ask me how I found this work.
The truth is, I don't think I found it at all. I think it found me.
From the day I was born, I was surrounded by people who believed there was more to this life than what we could see. My godmother was a gifted psychic, astrologer, and medium, and although I didn't fully understand it as a child, those influences quietly shaped the way I experienced the world. Looking back, I can see that my path into energy work began long before I was consciously aware of it.
By my late teens and early twenties, I had already begun studying and practicing energy healing. It felt less like discovering something new and more like remembering something my soul had always known.
In my mid-twenties, life felt extraordinary. I owned my first home, had a career I loved, and was deeply in love with the man I believed I would spend my life with. He was a professional athlete, and together we traveled the world, celebrated incredible accomplishments, and built a beautiful life.
Then everything changed.
Just two years into our life together, after world records, gold medals, and dreams that seemed limitless, he died by suicide.
My world shattered.
For a long time, I wasn't sure I wanted to keep living. Grief became a landscape I had to learn to navigate one breath at a time.
Eventually, I found my way back—not because the pain disappeared, but because I returned to the tools that had always been waiting for me. I immersed myself in divination, astrology, meditation, and spiritual practice. These traditions didn't erase my grief, but they helped me understand it. They deepened my relationship with Source, Creator, God, Wakan Tanka, and the wisdom of the Grandmothers and Grandfathers who remind us that healing is rarely a straight path.
Then essential oils entered my life.
What began as curiosity quickly became transformation. I experienced profound healing myself and began using them with my children, witnessing remarkable changes in our home. I studied relentlessly, eager to understand both the science and the tradition behind these extraordinary plants.
That journey eventually led me to Reiki, Yin Yoga, and the work I do today.
Nearly a thousand healing sessions later, countless students, and hundreds of souls entrusted with their stories, one truth has become beautifully clear:
This is my dharma.
My purpose is not to rescue people or fix them. It is to walk beside them. To create a space where they feel safe enough to remember their own strength, reconnect with their own wisdom, and trust the healing that already lives within them.
Healing asks something of us. It asks us to stay. To remain present through the uncomfortable moments instead of running from them. It asks us to believe that even when life breaks our hearts, something beautiful can still grow from those broken places.
If you're here, perhaps your own journey is asking for that kind of commitment.
If so, I'd be honored to walk beside you for a while.
You don't have to walk it alone.

Me! In my happy place in Big Sur.
